At Arbuun, we take the security and privacy of your project and planning data seriously. Our platform is built so that your projects, data, and analysis stay private, secure, and fully under your control.

PRIVATE PROJECT STORAGE

Your projects are stored in access-controlled workspaces, isolated by account and organization.

  • Only authorized members of your organization can access your projects and data.
  • Access is governed through your Arbuun login and authentication — no one outside your organization can view your workspace.

DATA PRIVACY

Your project data is never used to train or fine-tune AI models.

  • Data you upload or create — street design records, tender entries, site notes, and project files — is accessible only to your team.
  • Public and licensed datasets (e.g., regulatory tables, open government data, mapping layers) used within a project are kept private to your workspace once added, and are not exposed to other users.

AI MODEL & DATA USAGE

As AI-assisted features such as Litmus roll out, Arbuun uses AI to help interpret your inputs and generate analysis — it does not learn from your project data.

  • Metadata (project names, field structures, typology) is retained to maintain context within your workspace, but stays private to your organization.
  • No project data or context is used to train or fine-tune the underlying AI models we rely on.

IMPROVING ARBUUN SAFELY

We may use aggregated and anonymized usage patterns to improve the platform.

  • Insights are used to:
    • Add new data connectors and sources (e.g., regulatory or tender data)
    • Expand project typologies and analysis features
    • Refine calculated scores and methodologies (e.g., accessibility, speed risk, connectivity)
  • Usage data is never linked back to identifiable users or specific project data.

COMPLIANCE & DATA MANAGEMENT

Cloud Security: Built on established infrastructure providers with encryption in transit and at rest, and role-based access control.

  • India Regulation: Designed to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and applicable IT rules.
  • Data Deletion: On request, we can permanently delete your profile, projects, and associated data — contact us at team@arbun.space.
